Dill Pickles

What we need:

  • 1 pound medium cucumbers
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/8 cup salt
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill weed

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Wash cucumbers and cut them in half lenthway.
  2. Place a layer of dill on the bottom of a bowl and cover with half the cucumbers.
    Add another layer of dill, then the remaining cucumbers.
  3. Add garlic, top with another layer of dill.
  4. Mix vinegar, water, and salt. Pour over dill and cucumbers. Add more water
    to cover completely, if needed.
  5. Let stand for couple hours, serve.
