Green Beans with Onion Rings

What we need

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 pounds green beans, ends
    snipped off and beans sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring water to boiling.
  2. Separate onion slices into rings and add. Add green
    beans, butter, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Boil until beans are tender (about 20 minutes).
