Baked Halibut in Parchment Paper

What we need:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Pinch basil
  • Pinch oregano
  • 1 halibut steak (or any other preferred steak)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 thin lemon slices
  • capers

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, basil, and oregano; spoon
    over both sides of the fish. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the fish on a piece of parchment paper. Lay lemon
    slices and capers on top of fish. Seal paper and tie. Put into
    a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 325F 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot sealed in parchment.
