What we need:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch basil
- Pinch oregano
- 1 halibut steak (or any other preferred steak)
- salt and pepper
- 2 thin lemon slices
- capers
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine oil, lemon juice, basil, and oregano; spoon
over both sides of the fish. Season with salt and pepper. - Place the fish on a piece of parchment paper. Lay lemon
slices and capers on top of fish. Seal paper and tie. Put into
a baking dish. - Bake at 325F 30 minutes.
- Serve hot sealed in parchment.
