Stewed Cauliflower

What we need:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1-2 garlic clove
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • seasonings

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Remove leaves from cauliflower and cut the end, let it soak in cold salted
    water for 15-20 minuts. Rinse and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a deep fry pan. Add onion and cook until it is almost ready.
    Add garlic, bay leaf, parsley, vinegar, cauliflower and other seasonings and
    enough water to cover. Cover and simmer, turning several times until tender.
  3. Serve hot or cooled.
