What we need:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 green or red bell pepper
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 package(10 oz) frozen peas
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/8 cumin seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Stemmed and seeded bell pepper and cut it into pieces
- Cut cauliflower in small flowerets
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Stir pepper, cauliflower, peas,water, cumin, and salt.Cover
and cook for 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
