Cauliflower, Pepper and Peas

What we need:

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 green or red bell pepper
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 package(10 oz) frozen peas
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/8 cumin seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Stemmed and seeded bell pepper and cut it into pieces
  2. Cut cauliflower in small flowerets
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Stir pepper, cauliflower, peas,water, cumin, and salt.Cover
    and cook for 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
