Fish Fritters

What we need:

  • 1/2 lb.fish fillets (oily or white)
  • 1 cup green prawns
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • all-purpose flour
  • oil for frying
  • 2 lemons


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut fish fillets into small finger-length strips. Dry well on paper towels.
  2. Shell the prawns and shrimp. Dip the fish strips and shellfish into the flour.
  3. Deep fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown and cooked.
  4. Drain well on paper towels. Serve immediately, piled high on a serving plate,
    accompanied by wedges of lemon.
    Serves: 4
