What we need:
- 1/2 lb.fish fillets (oily or white)
- 1 cup green prawns
- 1 cup shrimp
- all-purpose flour
- oil for frying
- 2 lemons
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut fish fillets into small finger-length strips. Dry well on paper towels.
- Shell the prawns and shrimp. Dip the fish strips and shellfish into the flour.
- Deep fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown and cooked.
- Drain well on paper towels. Serve immediately, piled high on a serving plate,
accompanied by wedges of lemon.
