Ham Cornets

What we need:

  • 2 cups mixed, cooked, diced vegetables (green beans, potatoes, carrots, zucchini)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon French mustard
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 8 thin slices lean cooked ham
  • strips of red sweet pepper for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine the mixed vegetables with the mayonnaise,
    French mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Divide the mixture and place some on each slice of ham; roll into comets.
  3. Place the ham comets close together on a serving dish and garnish
    with strips of sweet pepper.
