What we need:
- 2 cups mixed, cooked, diced vegetables (green beans, potatoes, carrots, zucchini)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon French mustard
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 8 thin slices lean cooked ham
- strips of red sweet pepper for garnish
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine the mixed vegetables with the mayonnaise,
French mustard, and lemon juice. - Divide the mixture and place some on each slice of ham; roll into comets.
- Place the ham comets close together on a serving dish and garnish
with strips of sweet pepper.
