Chicken Cutlets in Pesto Sauce

  • What we need:*
  • 5-6 thin-sliced chicken cutlets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4-5 tablespoons flour
  • 4-5 tablespoons pesto
  • salt, pepper,
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • whipping cream
  • seasonings
  • Wash chicken cutlets, roll them in flour and fry in olive oil for about 2 minutes on each side.

  • Mix whipping cream and seasonings.

  • In the pan melt butter, add pesto and whipping cream mix. Add flour and keep on the
    low heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Put cutlets in a baking pan, cover with the pesto sauce, put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes in preheated 375 F oven.

Meat Pie

What we need:

Dough:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 average onion
  • 10-12 mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg and 1 yolk
  • salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  • Mix butter and flour, add salt and egg, make a dough and put in the fridge for an hour.

  • Saute ground meat in butter and a little bit of oil with onions and mushrooms until browned.
    Season with salt and pepper. Cool and add 1 egg to the filling. Whip the mixture.
  • Roll out the dough, spread the filling, join edges together, brush with the yolk.

  • Bake in a preheated 395 F oven 1-1,5 hours, or until golden brown.
  • Serve cold.

If you want to cook something delicious to impress your friends, try this dish. It sounds like a lot of work, but it is not. This dish looks good, tastes great, make people think that you are creative, experienced cook. Serve it with salads, or vegetables.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4-6 pieces of bacon or ham
  • 4-6 pieces of cheese
  • 1/2 glass dry white wine

Meatball soup

Every country in the world makes healthy and delicious soups. Meatball soup is one of the easiest soup to cook. My daughter loves it with toast or crackers. She counts her meatballs all the time and I have to give her the amount she asks for. It’s fun for her and us too.

  • 1 pound ground meat (chicken or beef)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 bay leaves
  • salt, pepper,
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup rice
