Chicken breast stuffed with cheese and bacon

If you want to cook something delicious to impress your friends, try this dish. It sounds like a lot of work, but it is not. This dish looks good, tastes great, make people think that you are creative, experienced cook. Serve it with salads, or vegetables.

  • What we need:*
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4-6 pieces of bacon or ham
  • 4-6 pieces of cheese
  • 1/2 glass dry white wine

  • Cooking Instructions:*
  • Wash chicken breasts and then pound them thin.

  • Cut bacon or ham in small pieces and fry until ready.

  • Get the chicken breast, add salt and pepper, spread the stuffing, put cheese on the top.

  • Roll up the chicken breast, cover each roll with flour. Fasten with toothpicks.

  • Pan fry rolls in the medium heat until golden brown. Then put rolls in the pan, add whine wine , and simmer for about 20 minutes.

  • Cool and serve with vegetables or salad.
