What we need:
Dough:
- 1 cup flour
- 4 oz butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
Filling:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 average onion
- 10-12 mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg and 1 yolk
- salt, pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix butter and flour, add salt and egg, make a dough and put in the fridge for an hour.
- Saute ground meat in butter and a little bit of oil with onions and mushrooms until browned.
Season with salt and pepper. Cool and add 1 egg to the filling. Whip the mixture.
- Roll out the dough, spread the filling, join edges together, brush with the yolk.
- Bake in a preheated 395 F oven 1-1,5 hours, or until golden brown.
- Serve cold.
