- What we need:*
- 5-6 thin-sliced chicken cutlets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4-5 tablespoons flour
- 4-5 tablespoons pesto
- salt, pepper,
- 1/2 cup cheese
- whipping cream
- seasonings
* Wash chicken cutlets, roll them in flour and fry in olive oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Mix whipping cream and seasonings.
- In the pan melt butter, add pesto and whipping cream mix. Add flour and keep on the
low heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Put cutlets in a baking pan, cover with the pesto sauce, put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes in preheated 375 F oven.
