Pirozhki with Spinach and Feta

It is very easy to make pirozhki that are melting in your mouth. But you should have to remember two important rules:
1. roll the dough as thin as possible;
2. pirozhki should be small
Filling for pirozhki can be various, sweet or salt, just make sure it won’t flow.

What we need:
* 2 cans refrigerated crescent biscuits
* 1 pound mozzarella cheese or any kind of your favorite feta cheese
* 1 bag spinach
* 2 egg yolks (for brushing)

Cooking Instructions:

  • Wash spinach and chop it. Add cheese and mix.

  • Divide each package of crescent biscuits. Roll out each piece.

  • Place spinach and cheese mix in the middle and press sides together.

  • Place on cookie sheet and brush with the beaten egg yolk.
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
