What we need:
Filling:
- 1 pound ground meat (chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 average onion
- 1/2 cup water
- salt
- pepper
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 cup herbs (parsley and dill)
Sauce
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour
- lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- salt
- pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 395 degrees.
- Wash mushrooms, remove the sterns of all the mushrooms.
- Dice mushroom stems and put aside.
Filling:
- Mix ground meat, egg, garlic, onion, flour, pepper and herbs.
- Stuff mushrooms with the spoon, place 1 inch apart on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare sauce.
- Chop an onion, garlic, add diced stems. Add flour, stir for a while, add lemon juice and wine ( you can use water instead of wine). Mix together and saute for 15 minutes.
- Pour sauce on the mushrooms and leave in the oven for 10-15 minutes until ready.
