What we need:
- 2 pork chops
- 4-5 pieces ham or bacon
- 1 can pineapple
- 1 apple
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- oil
- 1 teaspoon starch
- soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
- honey
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel an apple and chop it. Open a pineapple can. Put aside juice from the can. Cut pepper and bacon (ham) in small pieces.
- Fry pieces of bacon , then add apple, pepper and chopped garlic. Add pineapple juice and honey.
- Saute for 10-15 minutes, add corn starch, pepper, salt and soy sauce.
- Brown pork chops in skillet. Cover and cook for 25 minutes. Then add bacon, pineapple, apple mixture and cook for additional 30 minutes. Add water if needed.
