What we need:
- 1/2pound scallops (frozen or fresh)
- 1/4 pound salmon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 grapefruit
- salad mix
- white pepper
- salt
- white vine
Sauce:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup orange juice
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes and pan fry them in olive oil for several minutes.
- Add scallops, salt, pepper, fry couple of more minutes.
- Slice orange in half, remove peel, cut orange in pieces.
- Pour orange juice and white vine in the fry pan.
- Add whipping cream and saute stirring for 4-5 minutes.
- Wash and drain salad mix, put them in the middle of the plate.
- Orange pieces, seafood, grapefruit put around the salad mix and pour the sauce.
Serve 1
