Salmon and Scallop Salad

What we need:

  • 1/2pound scallops (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 pound salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • salad mix
  • white pepper
  • salt
  • white vine

Sauce:

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes and pan fry them in olive oil for several minutes.
  2. Add scallops, salt, pepper, fry couple of more minutes.
  3. Slice orange in half, remove peel, cut orange in pieces.
  4. Pour orange juice and white vine in the fry pan.
  5. Add whipping cream and saute stirring for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Wash and drain salad mix, put them in the middle of the plate.
  7. Orange pieces, seafood, grapefruit put around the salad mix and pour the sauce.

Serve 1
Cooking time: 20 minutes
